Concept: Has a special 'speed boot' stat, Having a high speed boost can increase rush attack damage, effects of skills and movement speed, of course. Raise your Speed Boost and charge at the enemy head-on!
Passive: Speedy Spoiled Brat A special % is shown near your character, that % is the 'Speed Boost', skills will add or subtract the boost, every 100% will double and triple Rush Attack Damage. Maximum of 200% SB, and % will gradually decrease if over 100% and unused or used for Rush Attack Damage. (% is added to base speed at all times)
Skill 1: Prideful Dive Vegeta Jr will rush headfirst at the enemy hero. Can be used on cooldown but it will cost 30% SB and every use will increase cost by 5% and increase damage (resets when cooldown is up). Enemies that are hit will be knocked back slightly and applies Defense and Movement Speed Down (level will increase damage and distance)
Skill 2: Grandpa's Technique Fires multiple Ki blasts, every blast that lands will increase SB %, So try to land as much as you can, you can gain a maximum of 100% can be gained from the skill (level will increase amount of ki blasts and % gained from each blast and adds 25% to maximum SB gained from skill)
Skill 3: Rapid Aggression Preform a fury of kicks, on hit gain 50% SB, for a short time after use allows you use a follow up attack costing 50% SB. The follow up attack is an energy wave dealing damage and increasing SB by 25% while applying enemy with Attack Down. (level will increase kicks and wave size, while also increasing the amount of % gained by 10% per level)
Skill 4: Victory Rush Charge at the enemy doing a combo, every 100% you have (up to 200%) will add an attack to the rush, the final hit on the rush will kick enemy heroes in the area upwards and Vegeta Jr will charge a blast dealing Massive Damage. (Level will increase final kick area size and damage)
