As far as I know this was supposed to be fixed however it happened to me again.

Interacted with the Bounty Table and ran into the map. Health SHOULD be at 1600 but it was back to 100. Last time this happened you had to reload the mode - However this time all I had to do to fix it was respawn.

Figured it's worth mentioning.
