i'd say the thrower needs to sprint + jump and throw the frisbee aimed at slightly above the catcher's head, find out the max distance the frisbee lands doing that and then throw it again on the same spot to maximize the distance

For me the cannon didn't immediately trigger the achievement, I had to launch myself across then climb up to a certain point before the achievement triggered
