Okay trying to clarify the art thing. Like I said it is subjective and most things will be a case by case type thing. Putting the gore post on a line it falls WAY further on the safer side than actually being that bad but it is always good to ask but we don't really want to police art too much only if its for sure an issue.

I also noticed someone mentioned minors. By nature Discord is a 13+ environment and I am not a childrens safety expert but I know my country (and quite a few EU countries) has age ratings for more mature themes around 14+ for various kinds of media. Like I work at a movie theater and 14+ is when you can start showing limited / implied gore, blood, and other horror themes.
