He doesn't explain it but also a big part of using the rope is by pairing it with jump storage. If you grab a rope/vine/chain without jumping you essentially store it for later use. So when you grab the rope you can then double press space to let go and jump immediately after for additional height

Learning rope tech and how to double lunge is wild because you can climb some pretty tall walls with virtually zero stamina

This was an old double challenge run I did where I could only eat poisonous food and I believe I had to grab and keep one item from every campfire luggage and not be able to use them. When I'm playing by myself I always have music on. I love music 😄 It was one of the things that sucked with recording because the Nvidia recording software doesn't separate the music audio tracks from the game audio track so unless I wanted to learn how to use something like OBS I had to play those runs without music 🙁

If you weren't aware for Mesa it always spawns before the canyon. That should narrow it down to a pretty small area to search

Gourmand badge you only need coco / honey / yellow berry and Egg. To get the yellow berry you can find it in the alpines on trees. Also you can find it with capybaras in Alpines and Mesa.
