If you’re playing on tenderfoot, sometimes I’ll wait until it’s night and run to the canyon as fast as I can! Otherwise, yeah, it’s a tough game of following the shadows while also trying to avoid the tornadoes. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I feel like some days the tornado generation is craaazy and difficult to work with… maybe you’ll have better luck another day

I will say, depending on the RNG of this game the rope badge can actually be one of the hardest to complete. I barely made it to end with enough to use. Thankfully, I had an anti-rope with me at the end.

Yeahhh, some of the easy sounding badges can honestly be the hardest at times. But, that was the last one I needed to get today so now I finally have my crown. >~<

The only thing you have to worry about playing solo is fall damage, really. Food isn’t an issue unless you’re on higher ascents (and even then not too bad).

Before choosing where to go, look for a path that has a clear direction, a visible and easy way up. If you think something is possible, but really pushing it, try and find another path to go or use items. That way, you’ll be more likely to have a path that works.

Dont take as many risks, either, as it’ll be far more costly solo. There will always be a way to the top that is possible.

The seed today is pretty good as well, especially the kiln is super easy

The ascents are a whole different beast, especially 5+, and they take a bit more effort to beat solo (but it is possible!!)
