I got mine on one of the starting pillars of the Tropics. That day there were no ramps or other obstacles in the way. A piton, an energy drink, and a full surplus stamina bar were enough to yield this achievement for me (it appeared when I was dragging my way back down)

Additionally, hugging the wall on the way down will help reduce the chance of taking fall damage even if you have no stamina left while doing it.

Then to add to that, try to gauge if you can make a climb before you run out of stamine. At about 10% left if you think you won't make it instead use that stamina to safely fall back down.

In my experience the Mesa's mountains are just full of dead ends that require tools to advance a lot of the time. Blizzards pose no threat if you keep to cover, and Alpine's inner mountain is far more straightforward

Also if you're looking to get the no fall damage badge in the near future, I have a tip for going down:

If you have to for some reason get back down, you should jump down instead of walking off a cliff for example, jumping makes you take less fall damage 😊

Also additionally if you're climbing a wall and run out of stamina, I believe you take way more fall damage if you slide all the way down instead of letting go at some point of the slide and for example re-grabbing the wall

The mesa is more annoying than hard (in my opionion). There's a lot of obstacles there (the sun, dynamite, scorpions) but the tropics is just consistently hard to get trough

You get better with time! My first handful of plays I wasn't able to make it to the top of shore, but with time you learn to assess jumps and learn little tricks and so on
