Stay patient and dont let the incoming fog intimidate you. Dont be afraid to backtrack and find a better spot to climb. If a climb looks impossible, get back down before you hurt yourself

You can cook just about anything over an open fire, just dont cook your rope or rope cannon.
Try not have more than 1-2 people on a bridge at once in the shore. Otherwise the bridge may collapse.
Try not to leave your teammates in the dust or else you'll get a fun visitor 😉

Nothing much aside from recommending to play slower, methodical and conscious since you have no away of being brought back from unconsciousness. Also, Pitons and Rope/Chain cannons are your best friend in singleplayer. Here are a few more tips for your buddies:

Bugle of Friendship gives unlimited stamina to your teammates as long the the horn is being blown.
Spotted or Ringed Mushrooms are typically poisonous.
Remedy Fungus only cures brute damage.
