It varies. I don't personally suffer from it but multiple-chroma moving stuff like that can often cause it. Strobing lights, rotating colour wheels at varying speeds... There's many causes cuz there can be different triggers for it.

Cuz it's different for many people and so certain triggers affect and don't affect epileptic people, this could still happen. It'd probably make it so that it's just not moving much and sort of is just a gradient sitting over the river.

So it's not really shifting colour, is more static and looks more 'glossy' or 'overlayed' in that way.

Dunno how to describe it exactly, if that helped describe it at all.

Just minimising movement is the core idea.

Yee. If you avoid hue shifting in the same 'area' (such as with VRChat avatars who have cartoon outlines that constantly change colour over time, even slow moving hue changes can cause it!), it would significantly reduce the likelihood.

The three most common triggers of epilepsy tend to be flashing and flickering lights or images (which most know about), certain geometric patterns or contrast colours close together can cause it and rapid scene changes or movements.

If you were to make a mod, adding toggle options and making users aware they exist would be best so they could turn them off.

Something like making the 'rainbow' much more lighter and/or transparent so as to muffle its visual effects would make the colours less directly contrasting and would help as an option.

yep you can play it solo. Think of it as kinda like an overcooked type game (without being blocked in to different areas) - you can deffo complete it solo but obviously will be more fun with friends cos you get to shout at them when they mess up :D

alt+tab tends to crash the gmae for me when it's loading.
can you post your player.log and player-previous.log? they should be in C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\LandCrab\PEAK
assuming your comp meets min spec, if not, well that's probably why.
