If you're bad at SpatialIO or simply just don't want to do the boat method I got the config change for you.
This guide assumes you do not know how to do anything so I will lay out all the steps to make it easy.
Go into any world and immediately hit esc to open the pause menu, then go to options and press resource packs, then press Open Pack Folder.
Click "Prominence II_Hasturian Era" then press config. Scroll down to the file named "Carryon-Common" and it should be a JSON file, and open it with a text editor like notepad. Press Ctrl + F and type this in: minecraft:villager. When you get there, just delete it, then save the file and restart your game.
Congratulations you don't have to download a mod to move the villagers.
