Building a 1x1 Gladiator Statue anywhere other than adjacent to a road gives the warning, "This building needs road access".
In /src/building/construction_warning.c,
check_road_access(), line 73, "case BUILDING_GLADIATOR_STATUE:" needs to be added to the list of building exceptions.
