While on pause, if you build said monument bases and click “Halt construction”, you can build another monument base of the same type. Just repeat the procedure and you can build more.
You’re not able to do it with other single monument types (grand temples, pantheon, colloseum and hippodrome), as the warning message immediately appears: “You can only have one building of this type.”
I originally just wanted to look at 2 lighthouses fronting a sea trade entrance, and tried to see if it can be done.
I got carried away.

Hmm, I wonder if we can be allowed to build 2 at most? Of just lighthouses?
I checked and you can only set the sea trade policy once, as it gets disabled in all other lighthouses.
