Few saves included from the development of the city and one last save for the final state.
Last save is on build 303
Played without global pool labour and only the default 2 grand temples.
Rules were no debt, build every possible monument, very hard difficulty, everybody eats at least 2 types of food except the soldiers and caravans who are on a sushi diet. Least amount possible of deleting/swapping structures with the exception of small temples to balance religion as the game progressed.
Actual victory was something like 155bc but let the game go on another 25years to max everything. by that time had to manipulate a venus blessing because of aging population.
Carthago can support 33farms without going too crazy on the road network. Got 3 for olives, 3 for vines, rest for fruit. towards the endgame swapped 1 vine for 1 fruit to get a little wiggle room (0.52 of a farm lol).
Final Pop is 11856 on 18Small Insulae (couldn't go for max pop with all GI because of the lighthouse using timber), 82 Grand Insulae, 12 Grand Villa (2 foods thanks to pantheon bonus) and 12 Luxury Pallace.
Epithets were 20% food from Ceres, 20% pottery and furniture from Mercury and 1 extra housing level from pantheon
Excluding the epithet a fully Occupied LP truncates down to 5.76 units of food per year. A grand villa 5.76 per year. SI and GI the full 6 per year. That means 26380,8 fruit per year. with the extra farm swapped at the end final production at full trothle was 26880🤪
After food, timber and pottery were the limiting factors.
With the lighthouse and the selected housing there was need for 2035.2 furn per year buth with the lighthouse using 480 of the 2500 import, every few years probably either the lighthouse goes dark for a bit or some house devolves for a bit.
#Might have overdone Carthago a bit

the Pallace block turned out to be okay, but If it were mirrored it would be even better. the walkers from the grand temples in those positions don't walk the full loop, they're stuck at the same short path every walk so I had to place redundant large temples. If they were on the right side they would walk the full loop and maybe there would be need to adjust only a few desirability problems
30x28 tiles for 12 pallaces including senate, governor pallace and 2 grand temples is a very tight footprint
