Help the people helping you by posting your console.txt from %UserProfile%\Zomboid.
For hosted servers, please also post the coop-console.txt from the same folder.

Try launching a new game with half the mods.
If the game ok, add another half of the mods.
Find mods that break the game.
Try using a mod that shows which mods are causing errors. (errorMagnifier)
