Server settings would be as close to realism as possible, like no loot and zombie respawns, friendly-fire enabled etc. Also I would like to play with max zed count if everyone in a group would be up for it. Begginer friendly.

I know it sounds crazy, but trust me it's possible. I have over 1k hours played so I could give players some tips. Also, beginners can pick up game at their own pace when playing in a group.
