Need help for this pls it just displays on the bottom left corner completely unclickable

Can you go to %UserProfile%\Zomboid, find the options.ini file and edit it. Change "fullscreen" to false, height to 1080 and width to 1920. That should set it to windowed mode then you can go back in to options and set it properly.
