I deleted every mod, let it use more RAM, verified the game integrity files like 3 times already. Switched to B41 and then to B42 and yet it still won't show anything but this. My drivers are up to date too.

When uninstalling the game, it is important to do manual file deletion, because Steam does not remove leftover files.

Therefore I have to ask to follow these steps exactly as written.

First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
