Disclamer aside, I was playing a new playthough normally. I put my character to exercise 20min and obviously overheated and get a bit of muscle strain.
Since that moment I keep overheated from 37°C to 40°C and few days latter started to get pain and muscle strain slowly growing

yeah, I'm using 10 mods aprox, but are mostly cars/clothing or UI

Did you edit the game's settings, especially ones about the length of a day?
The extra heat might be due to insulating clothing too. If you strip your character down, do you get cooler?

Sorry for the delay, but I think the crisis it's over. Cuz the muscle strain growed to 15% and started "healing" and the overheat I dunno if it was a bug or so, but started to decrese

Good for you! Good luck surviving. (Also, the overheating might have been caused by low hydratation. Make sure your character always have something to drink)
