/adduser, /grantadmin or /setaccesslevel makaramus admin works. It says user is already in the list after second try and does nothing. When I use -debug on launch it doesn't let me access cheats either. Hell I can't even repair cars 😄

Can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

I recently did it while trying to fix the crash at game that was happening because of mods I think some files were remaining after a long break but I deleted all the mod files already and did a fresh reinstall. This was happening at both times too before and after install

It did not help, first unstalled the game, then deleted everything except the save and backups (even deleted most of the things inside the backup but the save files) and then tried to host a new server to make it fresh as possible and still does not work 🙂
It might fixed some other stuff so thats nice game seems better now
but I still can't be an admin 😛

Can you go to %UserProfile%\Zomboid\Saves, find the folder with the same name as your server settings and rename the "players.db" file then try again?
just name it something like "players2.db"

yeah, you'd need it to match your name exactly, if you did lowercase first that might be the problem

oh... according to fifth log game states "an observer can only teleport himself" I think thats my teleportation attempt?
but... even if game thinks I am an observer... I am trying to teleport myself anyway
