Can you share your logs.zip file found in %UserProfile%\Zomboid?

For some reason your total RAM available is set to 1gb

#

Have you changed anything in ProjectZomboid64.json or added anything to the launch parameters?

Can you share all “hs_err_pid” files found in your main game folder “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid”?

Can you try launching the game with the "Alternate" method?

Ok, you can either continue to use the Alternate launch or follow the steps below to reset the environment variable that is limiting it.

Search "Environment Variables" in the start menu and click "Edit the systems Environment Variable"

Click "Environment Variables" in the window that pops up

In "System Variables" look for ones named "_JAVA_OPTIONS"

If that option contains a line such as "-Xmx1g" then select it, click "Edit" and change the variable name to something different.
