Can you share your logs.zip file found in Home\Zomboid?

There's no errors with the VOIP there. In your settings is VOIP enabled and the correct mic selected, and is your VOIP mode set to PTT or Voice Activity

ive tried crossover version (windows emulating) with the same device, and it is working

Does steam have microphone access? (System Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and toggling Steam on). Make sure you restart the Mac after changing it
