Weird Bug/Feature including mods (idek)

Hello, Im fairly bew to project zomboid and began looking into some mods. I spent a few days finding some and ensured they were all B42 and worked, I also ensured to keep it under a certain amount.

However recently on B42 whenever I play with any mod on. (From the look of it. Not 100% sure yet) I cant fuel cars. It wont give me the option.

I can fill up empty canisters with gas but then fueling the actual car wethers its from a gas pump or a gas can, doesnt matter it wont work at all.

I added a drug mod recently and now its having the same issue I think, just wont give me the option to use them.

I got no idea what it can be and nothing online helped me, anyone having similar issues or have a solution?

When adding or removing mods are you starting new saves?

Car has a good side to be positioned when refueling or thats what i have seen

Its on conductor side

When you are refueling, make sure driver seat is besides the pump

And you can press V to get car refueling option

yeah I spent an entire PZ day tryna fuel my car

it doesnt show the option to at all

same with siphoning fuel

I dont know why it happens only when I have mods on
