I cant play multiplayer with my friend because My characters stamina exaustion etc is always high and his is non-existant, He likes to max out like all the negative traits so he has 1 for strength and stamina or whatever its called and he plays like hes in god mode or something with no tiredness at all. we've both reinstalled and this issue has persisted since b42 mp came out.

so i try to play sp and maybe this is how they want migration to work or something but I think its unplayable, they say theyve fixed it multiple times and yet I drive a car and straight up hundreds of zombies flood the streets lock on and follow me up and down them. I ditch my car and outrun the zombies home and they somehow find me break all my windows and doors and just fill my home. like what the hell am i supposed to do to lose them? i feel like zombies shouldnt be able to permanently lock on to me, if they cant see me they should stop following and or continue in the same direction not magically track me down 10 screen lengths away or whatever you want to measure distances in. and particularly in the city they should have trouble navigating a 5 story apartment building and not be able to chase my car simply for driving down the street near.

as for this update its more performance heavy than before, it would start to get choppy on my pc driving quickly through the city in 16 but now its just kinda always choppy and gets bad when driving, my character feels like its making turns and stuff slower than i remember in 16 too and idk what the deal is with that.

thanks for coming to my ted talk

I'm sorry you're frustrated, but your feedback is valuable and isn't being ignored. When you try playing on the new patches are you creating new saves?

As for your performance issues, when you reinstalled the game did you perform a clean reinstall, making sure there were no leftover files? I'll put the recommended steps below so you can at least try it, it will reset your graphics settings though so you may need to adjust them.

First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.

After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.

Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
