How to actually backup a save?

Need help figuring out how to have a backup for a world - modded

Go to "%UserProfile%\Zomboid\Saves" and make a copy of the save folders you want to back up

Hey sorry to bother like 6 hours later, I found the file

How do I actually copy it

Do I copy the entire folder or the files inside

The entire folder, that way you can just drop the folder back in if you need to

I copy the folders to my downloads, however they cant be dragged into the save folder nor copied into the save folder

Can you send an image showing more of what's going on, it might be a permissions issue
