Zomdroid is an unofficial mobile launcher for Project Zomboid game.

This is an ongoing development brought to us by "u/udarmolota" & the devs before "u/liamelui" & "u/shimux0"

The launcher provides a simple, user-friendly UI allowing you to:

  1. Add & play more than one build, each has its own separate files with a brief description for every build requirement.
  2. Add Mods.
  3. Add Saves.
  4. Play online (join only, as of today – 2026/04/26).
  5. Use on-screen customizable touch controls.
  6. Use a Keyboard & Mouse. (Virtual & Dedicated)
  7. Use a Controller with a mapping option.
  8. Have several preset drivers to suit your GPU and your overall mobile performance during the game, and the ability to add a Custom Driver (Recommended).
  9. An Optimization option, followed by a guide explaining how to apply various optimizations to your gameplay.
  10. Split-screen support.

Other features:

  1. Active Support, and a dedicated community for mobile players.
  2. A built-in wiki for the most frequently asked questions, and guides for installing the game, transforming files, adding drivers, etc.
  3. Ongoing updates and improvements.

– Here you can check the latest releases of Zomdroid on GitHub:

• And finally, you can also check my YT channel, where I’ve covered the most crucial parts of Installation, Mods, Saves, Multiplayer, and other options.
Here's a playlist of the full guide/tutorials (about 20 min):

I'm probably going to keep posting Zomboid content on mobile, mostly the gameplay on a controller, and add more tutorials if I see the need to do so.

  • I'm only a fan that's helping/contributing in a way to this code/project, hoping that all mobile players can finally play Zomboid now. Best of luck!
