Yes. Had the same issue after doing a fresh wipe without mods

So it's not just an inherent mod issue

Can you send the servers logs.zip file from the \Zomboid folder so I can have a look for any errors?

I'd have to replicate the Issue entirely on 42.17.0 and to be honest I dont know if I could replicate it since I've already swapped the server back to 42.16.3

I can try I'll just need to make some backups of my current Files

Was unable to replicate the issue on a completely fresh install of 42.17.0 so most likely it was caused by left over mod files that werent properly purged when I removed the mods to initially replicate the issue

I'll see if I can figure out which mod is causing the issue so I can let the mod author know. gonna close the thread
