Every time I try to start a game this pops up with error 1 in the bottom
I've tried --
Deleting zomboid folder (Includes config, saves, server, lua)
Unsubscribing all mods
Reinstalling (Twice)

Ive tried everything

It worked once when I tried deleting the WorldDictionary.bin and restarting the game and I managed to join

but the whole game was glitchy and I couldnt do anything so I backed it up

Can you try doing a full reinstall?

First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.

After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.

Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

I think there was an install error, it's likely corrupted your old save, especially likely if that save was from 42.15 or before. You will just have to start a new save.
