Ok so it's likely an issue with a particular mod.

You can try disabling them one by one, or half by half as you said you have a lot of them, to try and find the issue. When you find the one that is broken I suggest reporting it to the mod creator on their Workshop page.

I can really only help with vanilla issues, if the game is working without mods then you'll either need to sort through them or ask in #mod_support
