I am using mods like mini health panel, furry modles and other that i dont remember

Does the bug occur if you disable your mods and start a new save?

it is one time bug i guess... it is my first save i seen snow in with b42

#

for past 3 days snow didnt melt soo i have no way to check if it will happen again
