a player built structure isn't registering as indoors and i am trying to access IsoRegions as recommended in older threads

You would need to add the "-debug" flag to your launch parameters in Steam (Right click Zomboid in the library > Properties)

Then load in to the server on a character with Admin rights, click the debug menu and ISO Regions is in there
