Anyone joining MP server is given admin permissions - 42.17

The server is currently giving admin permissions to everyone who joins after the update and we aren't sure why. Where should we be looking?

Likely an update issue, I suggest you delete the "db" folder in your Zomboid folder

It will reset credentials and would likely fix the issue
