i have a problem where my game loads everything like lua mods etc. and then turns off on its own
and its only like that on unstable but on outdated unstable it turns on without any issues

Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -novoip > Start the game

it is a problem with in game voice communication, if you are happy to play with no in game voice communication then you can keep playing, if you wish to be able to talk in game then we will have to try other steps to fix it.
