#Character stuck/cannot move when entering combat stance (Vanilla)

Hi! I need help with a persistent movement bug.
The issue: My character completely stops moving when I enter combat mode (aiming). I can't walk or strafe while aiming, I just get "stuck" in place. As soon as I stop aiming, I can move normally again.
What I have already tried:
I am playing 100% Vanilla (No mods at all).
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
I deleted the C:\Users\User\Zomboid folder to reset all configurations and input files.
Checked for encumbrance (character is not overloaded).
Disabled Steam Overlay.
