In a completely vanilla game without any mods, any opportunity to drink or fill a bottle with water from sinks, toilets and bathtubs has completely disappeared. There is a furniture icon, but there is no way to drink water. The hell is going on?

I have used a lot of mods in the past, but stopped playing because of so many new updates that break the game. A new mod with urination and defecation came out so I wanted to try it out, I start the game and then boom, I have this problem for no reason whatosever. I deleted the game and downloaded it again with all the mods deleted from workshop, I checked the files and created a new game a few times, but I still can't drink water.
And no, I never played b41. So I never moved from it to b42

Can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
