Car parts errors from B41 and B42

How to replicate: Gain lvl 5+ mechanics, remove the car part, install it back and while installing open the RMC on the same part. When installed try installing it once more. The error is supposed to happen.
Description:
Whenever you try to install the car part that you no longer have the game will throw an error. Nothing breaks as far as Im aware. Can be replicated by trying to install a part, then opening the RMC on the same part while installation in progress. When the part successfully installs, the RMC menu goes nowhere, but the part was gone from your inventory and installed to the car so clicking it will throw an error. I couldnt find any other problems, but it might lead to some other problems if even possible.
