its eighter this or just me being stuck at connecting steam part (i was stuck at that part for the last half an hour or so, had to abort.) this one is from my attempts yesterday

or successfull, unsuccessfull attempts where the connection failed and i did not have to wait for hours and just aborted

Looks like the server you are connecting to is a nosteam, try unchecking this option on the login options.

it was always unchecked, but i can retry it again. keep it "running" while i go buy something, make food and then eat it. hopefully the game will give the error before that and doesnt make me wait even more drunk
