The save craches before I even try to play it, I tried to add Proct Cook and Comon Sense, but I can't play with this mods.
If i try to add it, the map doesn't even open.

Does the game run properly if you disable all your mods and start a new save?

I would suggest adding the mods one by one, or half by half until you find which is causing your issue and then reporting the issue on the mods Workshop page
