This is a new bug that is currently being investigated. Unfortunately there is no workaround for it at this moment, so I can only suggest waiting for a future patch in version 42 that will fix it
You should be able to play 41 without any issues, and you can even host dedicated servers, it is just coop servers that are affected.
It would not be related to your PC
