Hello,
I realized that my character was extremely hot for some reasons (showing as nan degrees) and that none of my stats but health and stamina (stays at 0) depleted whatsoever (thirst, hunger and fatigue).
Im not using any mods that affect weather or temperature.

that is a lot of mods. one of them is probably broken or outdated.
short term fix: use debug mode to turn godmode on and off.

toggling godmode resets "nan" stats to normal. its only a temporary fix though.
modding is not recommended on b42 as it is still unstable.
we are only given access to b42 for testing and reporting issues, it is not intended for stable gameplay yet.

I toggled god mod which, indeed, resetted the stats to normal
But after disabling god mod my temperature went back to normal
My stats also didn't deplete after enabling and disabling god mode

For anyone reading this, I found a mod that fixes the bug but I couldn't make it work on my save (probably uses an older version) so I used a backup of save that I made few hours before the first encounter with the bug.

I've noticed multiple people have this same problem (including me)
It also gives you a 360° vision
