You don't have admin powers active, which is why you're seeing that

Is this a Hosted server, or Dedicated?

If Hosted you should be able to just type in game chat, with the slash:
/setaccesslevel Brick admin

then you'll see a new button appear on left side panel beneath Client that says Admin, and cheats should once again be usable

If dedicated, you may need to type that into your server console directly, but you won't need the slash for the command (so it would be just "setaccesslevel Brick admin" without the quotes)

admin powers are infact active, im hosting this server using the ingame host button.

its a setting in your ui settings ingame, but this guy probably knows what hes talking about more than me

if its the text see if changing your font size in options -> UI -> Font Size (px) does anything although im not sure it will

honestly im not really sure i looked in server settings for local hosting aswell still got no clue, are you playing modded?

one of your mods probably auto updated then and borked it somehow, if you didnt change anything at all between the last time it was working
