im hosting a server for me and friends and the main friend of mine that plays is having issues where the map occasionally loads slow aswell as other issues including desync issues, delays, and more, i think it could be a latency thing but i dont know, does anyone know what it could be or any potential fixes?

That can just be caused by mod issues or connection problems. Does your friend have very high ping?
