When i connect controllers (both with usb) and i load into the game, press X (A on xbox) nothing happens. the menu "take over player 1" or "add player 2" doesnt show. controllers dont work.

ill explan more in depth, if i plug in my controllers, then load the game (or load game then plug in) and load a game, it doesnt work. and if i make a new one (wich i did) it still doesnt show.. no matter when i plug in controllers (they work just fine i got them like a week ago) it just wont show the menu, neither can i controll player 1.

yes they are. they work fine on the PS or some other games (i tried Skate. and MK11 and they work there) but in PZ they just dont do nothing.
the LED are on so it means the controller is on
and in test controller, it shows when u click buttons/move thumbsticks or anything else

yes. i either
- plug in the controller, launch PZ, click solo/local (or whatever it is cuz i have it in my language) and make a new character. (on pc using KBM) and then when i load in, i try pressing (X) or any button to join with the controller and it doesnt work. or i launch PZ and then join the controller and then try but still nothing
