Hey guys, I could really use some help whit setting up a project zomboid server whit mods.
I'm trying to run a server but every time i add any mod i get an error called ''Server stopped working during startup (Normal Termination)'' Without mods it works fine, so i'm pretty sure I'm messing something up whit the setup. If anyone has experiance whit it i would really appreciate any help. jaques_beaver

Add just a single small mod and reproduce the issue with that

Once you do, can you share your logs.zip file found in %UserProfile%\Zomboid?

Yes, try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and delete the “steamapps” folder found there. Then launch the server again and let it initialize.

Your logs also imply an install issue, possibly from switching between game versions, can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

Hm, can you also try changing your Download region on Steam? Since the issue seems to be with downloading mods.

Steam Settings > Downloads > Download region

Hey, I tried everything you suggested (full reinstall and changing the download region), but unfortunately nothing worked.
I’m still getting the same issue when trying to run the server with mods.
Could this possibly be related to the game version I’m using?

It should not no, all the game versions in the current betas should work fine

You could try doing one thing..

Go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600 and copy everything from there to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\steamapps\workshop\content\108600
