Idk this is. Literally just exactly what happened, I had just looted Louisville checkpoint and left the game while in the car I took there with stuff in my car, I came back to both me and my car naked tired

idk how it happened, i didnt add any mods till after this happened

So you had mods enabled before on the save? Since mods can cause weird issues unfortunately.

Best I could suggest is using Debug mode to give back any lost items and vehicle parts

there were no mods on the save till after

idk maybe something corrupted my save
