#Irvington Gun Club incorrect Survivalist zone tag?

Hello, I've encountered a bug that isn't a coding error, but is still quite frustrating. There's a separate zone tag "ShootingRange" on the map (like Guns Unlimited), but for some reason, the Irvington Gun Club, which is literally a shooting range, has a zone tag "Survivalist." Survivalist zones are usually found in rare and dangerous areas, but the Irvington Gun Club is easy to access and isn't dangerous. Could you please tell me if this is an intentional placement of the Survivalist zone tag, or if it's an error and therefore a bug?
