Server settings not saving

Does anyone know why randomly when I create a server with or without mods, I press save and then the server settings list is blank? My server worked fine with mods a few days ago, now when I've tried to restart again with new settings it's impossible

Can you share a recording of it happening without mods? So I can reproduce the steps.
