I had one of the True Moozic addons installed but i was reading the blog post i stayed on b41 the whole time. do i need to reinstall still? it says its only a b42 issue

If you stayed on B41 the whole time, then you are most likely safe, since the security issue was only present in B42, meaning the mod would not be able to use it in B41
