Is there a way to turn on electricity after the shutoff? I've tried changing sandbox settings with debug but it's not working (not after a restart either). I much prefer playing with it in because the moving light from the flashlight in dark is uncomfortable for me (light epileptic tendencies).

Do you know how to control it in solo? It only says how to do it in MP and I can't find anything in game after applying the mod.
