crashes no matter what, im trying to load into my friends server it is build 42 and modded, even when i try to load into a single player world it does not work

he was able to load into the server after some troubleshooting but gets a black screen and an amd drivers runtime crash

All the logs point to your AMD driver crashing or failing to render something properly.
I suggest reinstalling your driver from the AMD website, make sure to select the "Factory Reset" option during the reinstall.

i did the factory reset options and it just loads to a black screen when i join a server and then my amd says the drivers timed out

Try enabling OpenGL Triple Buffering in your AMD Control panel globally

Hm, not sure I can suggest much if it is is the AMD driver itself crashing.. does it only happen on this server?
You might also want to try using DDU for a full reinstall
