Can you try using the "Alternate launch" option when launching the game through Steam? If the game fails to start again, can you share your console.txt file, found in %UserProfile%\Zomboid?

Of course I can when I get home I already tried alternate launch but will share console files

That does not seem to be a complete console file

Can you instead share a screenshot of the console window that shows up with the alternate launch?

Hm, can you try going to your game install location and run the ProjectZomboid64.exe with admin permissions?

If that does not help, can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

Right Click the .exe > Compatibility > Run as admin
